Finite-level systems, Hermitian operators, isometries, and a novel parameterization of Stiefel and Grassmann manifolds

In this paper we obtain a description of the Hermitian operators acting on the Hilbert space \C^n, description which gives a complete solution to the over parameterization problem. More precisely we provide an explicit parameterization of arbitrary $n$-dimensional operators, operators that may be considered either as Hamiltonians, or density matrices for finite-level quantum systems. It is shown that the spectral multiplicities are encoded in a flag unitary matrix obtained as an ordered product of special unitary matrices, each one generated by a complex $n-k$-dimensional unit vector, $k=0,1,...,n-2$. As a byproduct, an alternative and simple parameterization of Stiefel and Grassmann manifolds is obtained.Comment: 21 page

Information and communication technology that is growing rapidly now influences the bureaucracy to utilize information technology as a means of improving the implementation of business acceleration. Through this online integrated Online Single Submission (OSS) licensing service, it is able to shorten the service time and making business licenses applied by Blitar DPMPTSP according to the mandate of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Online Single Submission (OSS) licensing accounting system at DPMPTSP Blitar Regency.  The research method used by researchers is qualitative descriptive with resource persons licensing officials. The results of the study confirm that there are still obstacles regarding the lack of public understanding of business licensing through Online Single Submission (OSS) so that there is a need for socialization and overall assistance to the community and related institutions. &nbsp

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Nilai Nasabah Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah ( Studi Kasus Pada Nasabah Produk Tabungan Simpedes Bri Unit Tugu Semarang)

Simpedes is one of the savings products offered by BRI for the village community which then extends to the urban community using the savings products. However, customers of Simpedes savings product at BRI Unit Tugu Semarang have decreased. This is due to several complaints on customer ratings on Simpedes product services. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in customers of savings products Simpedes BRI Unit Tugu Semarang.This type of research is explanatory research, the method of data collection using interviews, data collection tools using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents, customers are saving on Simpedes savings products. The sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test with the help of SPSS 16.0 program.The results of this study can be concluded that partially these variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service Quality affects customer satisfaction with t count (7,568)> t table (1,9845). The value of customer influence on customer satisfaction with t count (8,373)> t table (1,9845). Simultaneously, the variable of service quality and customer value have an effect on customer satisfaction with result of F count (73,837) > F table (3,0902).Suggestions that can be given in the research is the BRI Tugu Unit need to improve the service quality by adding employees who assist customer transactions at the teller, adding facilities for space services such as chairs and drinking water and provide attractive interest rates on Simpedes savings products

PT. Palm Lampung Persada Way Kanan is a company engaged in oil palm plantations that produce crude palm oil. This company often experiences problems in the allocation of palm oil production.This research was conducted using multiple linear regression method to predict the allocation of the amount of palm oil production based on learning data using Microsft Excel 2010 and RapidMiner applications. In this study there are dependent variables (free) and independent variables (bound), namely: dependent variable (raw material, amount of labor, rainfall and land area) while the independent variable (palm oil).Calculations using multiple linear regression methods in determining the allocation of the amount of palm oil production can be used to assist companies in making a decision with predictive value close to the original data processed as learning data with a result of 170.811 and original data of 170 and an error value of 0.002

Makna simbolik ritual tiwah suku dayak ngaju sebagai sumber belajar sejarah lokal di Kalimantan Tengah

Penelitian dilakukan dalam upaya mengkaji makna simbolik ritual tiwah suku dayak ngaju yang berpotensi sebagai sumber belajar sejarah lokal di Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Observasi bersifat non partisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan masyarakat dengan wawancara terstruktur melalui daftar pertanyaan yang telah dirancang sesuai gambaran awal yang di dapat ataupun bebas. Wawancara dilakukan kepada tokoh dayak ngaju, perangkat desa serta guru SMAN Katingan. Analisis data berpedoman pada langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan  penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan makna simbolik yang terdapat dalam tradisi ritual tiwah yaitu ritual tersebut merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial baik berupa tangung jawab masyarakat adat, baik terhadap nenek moyang maupun menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat masyarakat atau keyakinan untuk membuang sial bagi keluarga yang ditinggalkan. Kemudian terdapat karakter gotong royong sebagai simbol kehidupan bermasyarakat mengingat ritualnya memerlukan waktu dan biaya besar. Guna menghemat pengeluaran, kini masyarakat Dayak mengadakan upacara tiwah bersama-sama. Lau adanya sikap ungkapan rasa syukur kepada tuhan YME atas nikmat dan permohonan supaya terhindar dari kemalangan, kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan. Makna simbolik itu berpotensi sebagai sumber penyusunan sejarah lokal yang masih kurang bagi sumber belajar siswa di SMA Katingan

Penggunaan Penyelesaian Persamaan Aljabar Riccati Waktu Diskrit pada Kendali Optimal Linier Kuadratik

Permasalahan kendali optimal linier kuadratik adalah mendapatkan aturan kendali optimal () dengan mendapatkan penyelesaian Persamaan Aljabar Riccati Waktu Diskrit (PRAWD) () yang definit positif dan matriks gain umpan Balik (). Untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian kendali optimal steady state, diperlukan suatu penyelesaian PRAWD steady state. Penyelesaian PRAWD steady state didapat dengan membalik waktu dari PRAWD non steady state. Pendiskritan juga diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan kendali optimal waktu diskrit apabila diberikan sistem waktu kontinu dengan indeks performansi kontinu, contoh kasus adalah sistem servo dengan plant pendulum terbalik. Analisis pada PRAWD menunjukkan sifat invariant dari PRAWD jika matriks pemberat indeks performansi diganti. Perlu diketahui juga bahwa PRAWD memiliki penyelesaian minimum yang unik

Pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), Jumlah Bagi Hasil dan Jumlah Kantor terhadap Jumlah Deposito Muḍārabah Bank Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2011-2015

This study found the influence of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the amount of profit sharing and the number of offices to the number of muḍārabah deposits of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data used in this research is quarterly data from 2011-2015 period. The method of analysis used in this research is Data Panel Regression Analysis by using computer program Eviews version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results in this study indicate that partially Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the amount of profit sharing and the number of offices have a significant influence on the amount Muḍārabah deposits. This result is evidenced by a significant value of 0.0000 that is smaller than 0.05 and has a positive direction. So the greater of GDP, number of profit sharing and the number of offices, the greater number of muḍārabah deposits of Islamic banks in Indonesia.Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), jumlah bagi hasil dan jumlah kantor terhadap jumlah deposito muḍārabah bank syariah di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data triwulan periode 2011-2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan menggunakan program komputer Eviews versi9.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), jumlah bagi hasil dan jumlah kantor memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah deposito muḍārabah. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.0000 yaitu lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan memiliki arah positif. Sehingga semakin besar PDB, jumlah bagi hasil dan jumlah kantor, maka semakin besar pula jumlah deposito muḍārabah bank syariah di Indonesia

The paradigm of the regional development plan has begun in 2011. As the implementation of UU No. No. 22/1999 and UU No. 25/1999, regional development plan is giving to regional government. The regional development plan institution (BAPPEDA) in Semarang City is the institution that work for manage the development plan. Based on Semarang City rule number 13, year 2008, BAPPEDA has duty for implement the regional policy formulation and implementation especially for regional development plan. The purpose of this research is to identity and analyzes performance, skills, and motivation of BAPPEDA Semarang employees. This research is using explanatory quantitative design with the respondent from BAPPEDA employees. The process begin with determine the number of sample from the total BAPPEDA employees. It\u27s using questionnaire so the answer can be gotten from every variable. The research result of the effects of the ability and motivation to employee performance BAPPEDA Semarang with Kendal Tau formula has correlation between the ability and motivation of the employee\u27s performance.
